STEAM TABLE PAN GUIDE
Complete flexibility for steam table service is available through a wide range of sectional pans that includes: Full Size, 2⁄3 Size, 1⁄2 Size, 1⁄2 Long Size,
1⁄3 Size, 1⁄4 Size, 1⁄6 Size and 1⁄9 Size. All are made to fit both 197⁄8" x 117⁄8" and 20" x 12" openings.
• Standard depths are 21⁄2", 4" and 6"
• Adapter bars in 12" or 20" lengths are
needed when your arrangement gives
unsupported corners
• A large variety of lid sizes and types
are available
